DO I NEED AN APPOINTMENT
DO YOU OFFER LOANER VEHICLES OR A SHUTTLE?
WHEN CAN I DROP OFF MY CAR?
WHAT MODEL OF CARS DO YOU WORK ON?
We work on all makes and models of vehicles, as shown by our full range of diagnostic equipment, with the exception of Fiat, Jaguar, Land Rover, Mercedes Benz, Corvette, Porsche, and other exotic brands (Lotus, Maserati, Alfa Romeo, etc), diesel engines, electric-hybrids, stolen-recovery vehicles, and vehicles with modifications (aftermarket suspensions, exhausts, ECM tunes, performance chips, etc).
WHERE DO I LEAVE MY KEYS FOR NIGHTLY DROP OFF?
Please leave your keys in our 24/7 night drop located right next to our front door.
WHAT CERTIFICATIONS DO YOUR TECHNICIANS HAVE?
Our technicians hold Automotive Service Excellence (ASE) certifications. ASE is an internationally recognized institution, which has been certifying technicians since 1972. Certifications range from simple brake service, all the way up to complex automatic transmission rebuilding. See the About Us page for details on our technicians.
CAN I USE ANTHEM AUTOMOTIVE INSTEAD OF MY DEALER?
-
Recalls - all federal NHTSA recall work must be performed at dealership at no cost to the customer.
-
SRS - we recommend the dealership perform any airbag, seat belt, or impact related work. Additionally, these are typically under recall (see above).
-
Warranty - if your vehicle is brand new, dealerships will typically repair major components at no charge until a certain point, typically 36k, 60k, or 100k miles, depending on the manufacturer. This does not include standard wear-and-tear maintenance like oil changes, tires, brakes, etc.
DO YOU DO OIL CHANGES?
MAY I BRING MY OWN PARTS FOR YOU TO INSTALL?
Unfortunately, we can only warranty parts that we source through our own suppliers. As a result, we are unable to conduct a non-warranty job by installing externally-supplied parts.
WHAT QUALITY OF PARTS DO YOU USE?
-
High Quality - The same type of part can have a wide range of quality options, ranging from high-quality OEM level (i.e. dealer parts) to low-quality, imitation level (i.e. eBay parts). Many parts stores offer this entire spectrum as well, typically designated by the categories of "Good, Better, Best." All of the parts at Anthem Automotive are of OEM or better quality!
-
Full Warranty - Parts purchased over-the-counter at parts stores carry a "part cost" warranty. This means that if the part should fail, the store would give you a replacement part over-the-counter. It would then be your responsibility to replace the failed part and complete the labor again. At Anthem Automotive, we add a "full replacement cost" warranty to the store's warranty. This means that if the part fails within 3 years or 36,000 miles, we will cover the repair in FULL, including labor!
DO YOU DO PRE-PURCHASE VEHICLE INSPECTIONS?
For vehicles that are only 2-3 years old, the best, most comprehensive inspection is found at the OEM dealerships. The dealership will review the vehicle for any open recalls and/or technical service bulletins and typically complete those items free of charge during the same visit. This is not to say that an independent shop cannot do your pre-purchase inspection. Rather, it is simply more efficient to bring the vehicle to the dealership to have everything done at the same time.
WHAT YEAR RANGE OF CARS DO YOU WORK ON?
Due to the lack of parts and diagnostic information, we can no longer service vehicles produced before the year 2006. If your vehicle is older than 15 years, please give us a call and we can provide you a referral based on your vehicle.
